1984: In-Terminal Services forms as a division of Mi-Jack to handle intermodal facilities.
1993: Operates 32 ramp contracts with 1,000 employees.
2006: Partners with Kansas City Southern de Mexico to begin operating facilities in Mexico.
2008: Lanigan family sells a majority stake to Carlyle Infrastructure Partners.
2009: In-Terminal Services successfully completes its separation from Mi-Jack to become a division of the standalone company ITS Technologies & Logistics.
2010: Operates 50 ramp contracts with 1,600 employees.
2011: ITS acquires Ramp Management, an auto loading/unloading company, and rebrands it as American Auto Works.
2013: ITS acquires ConGlobal Industries, the leading depot services company operating at 31 terminals.
