Tinley Park, IL – ITS Technologies & Logistics, LLC (“ITS”) is pleased to announce the purchase of Atlantic Container Service, Inc. (“ACS”).
Headquartered in Garden City, GA, ACS is a leading provider of comprehensive depot and container yard services throughout the southeastern United States.
ACS’ services include container, chassis, and marine refrigeration maintenance and repair, equipment storage, and equipment sales. ACS facilities are located in Atlanta, GA, Memphis, TN, and Garden City, GA; in addition, ACS provides on-site services at the Port of Savannah’s Garden City terminal and at the Port of Charleston’s Wando-Welch and North Charleston terminals.
ACS will continue to operate under the ACS brand and will maintain all of its current depot locations. According to a Company spokesperson, all parties have carefully engineered the transaction to ensure that ACS customers will not experience any changes in the handling of their accounts, operations, or services that they currently receive from ACS.
