- What plans does ITS have in place for future growth?
With the acquisition of ConGlobal Industries in late 2013, ITS extended its capabilities into the intermodal equipment maintenance and repair sector. We are excited to combine the strengths of these two companies and look forward to the mutual growth that this opportunity affords.
Prior to this acquisition, ITS also acquired Ramp Management in 2011, since rebranded as American Auto Works. We look forward to continued success and expansion into the automotive transport industry.
